Sr. Salesforce Developer

Neos is Seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for a contract role with our client in Austin, TX.

HYBRID (TEXAS) – ONLY CANDIDATES CURRENTLY RESIDING IN THE AUSTIN, TX AREA (Within 50-mile radius) WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Thurs & Fri) required to be onsite TX 78751.

Subject to change per the hiring team.

Program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY (Within 50-mile radius).

Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Investigates problem areas. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.

This role will be responsible for participating in the completion of deliverables according to the definition of done for this Agile team. The position requires hands‑on experience programming applications in Salesforce. The development team follows Agile (Scrum), and this role should have experience with Agile methodologies. Daily operations include documentation of the solutions, analysis, problem resolution, design, development, communication with other team members, and participation in solution delivery.

Supports applications in multiple environments with coding, testing, peer reviews, documentation, defect root‑cause analysis, and troubleshooting as required. Available for on‑call support as needed.

• 8 years Required – Experience in Salesforce in writing Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components. Knowledge in implementing solutions using configurations (no-code) such as Flows, process builders, workflow rules.
• 8 years Required – Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, coding standards, change control, and version management. Experience in assessing  architecture and providing secure, high‑performance technical solutions on the  platform.
• 8 years Required – Experience in all end‑to‑end technical aspects of a  program: classic to lightning upgrades, data migrations, system integrations, 3rd‑party applications, and custom development.
• 8 years Required – Experience in implementing various authentication protocols (OAuth) to integrate 3rd‑party applications. Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.).
• 8 years Required – Experience with integrating Salesforce with cloud‑based applications and on‑premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs. Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript within the Salesforce.
• 4 years Preferred – Experience in Dev Ops technology including CI/CD pipeline and build and deployment tools such as Flosum, Git.
• 2 years Preferred – Experience in creating custom Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce.
• 2 Years Preferred – Agile Software Development Methodologies Experience.
