Job Summary and Qualifications

Summary

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll contribute to the full lifecycle of software development – from architectural design and prototyping to deployment and maintenance of innovative solutions. You’ll drive the development of scalable, data-driven applications and products, including ETL pipelines, APIs, and user-facing interfaces. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, a strong understanding of modern software development best practices, and a cloud-first mindset.

The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about delivering impactful solutions in accelerated development cycles.

What you will Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, dependable, and maintainable end-to-end software solutions, including user interfaces, middle-tier services, and data layers.

  • Produce high-quality, modular, and reusable code that adheres to modern software development best practices.

  • Implement and maintain application monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure system reliability, performance, and early detection of issues.

  • Estimate and plan work effort required for software features, contributing to sprint planning and roadmap alignment.

  • Collaborate across teams to identify, elevate, and resolve software development issues and risks.

  • Adapt best practices in software architecture, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development.

  • Build, maintain, and enhance ETL pipelines to support the data needs of software applications and systems.

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, evaluation plans, test results, and user manuals.

  • Lead or contribute to troubleshooting efforts for web applications, APIs, and data systems, including ETL-related incidents.

  • Provide after-hours/on-call support as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
