Software Developer III (.NET / C#)
We are seeking an experienced Software Developer III to perform advanced application development supporting enterprise systems for the Texas Lottery & Charitable Bingo platforms
.
This role involves full-cycle development including analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, and implementation of secure, scalable web applications.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain secure .NET-based web applications
- Perform application analysis, enhancements, and system implementation
- Maintain software documentation and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout SDLC
- Support version-controlled deployments and production releases
- Ensure compliance with secure coding and state regulatory standards
- 8+ years of experience in C# and ASP.NET development
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with .NET 8.0 or higher
- 8+ years developing and maintaining secure public-facing .NET websites
- Strong experience with SQL or PL/SQL
- Experience with software version control systems (Git / Azure Dev Ops / TFS)
- Experience developing technical and system documentation
- Strong understanding of SDLC and secure application development
- Ability to analyze, design, and implement enterprise applications independently
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience with Syncfusion or Bold Reports
- Experience integrating Google or Apple authentication systems
- Experience with .NET LINQ
- Knowledge of data exchange interfaces and integration standards
- Familiarity with Charitable Bingo Rules & Regulatory Systems
