Performs advanced (senior-level) computer programming work. Planning, analyzing, scheduling, coordinating, and implementing programming projects, as well as providing technical assistance. Includes analysis, design, coding, testing, documenting, and implementing applications to support the various functional areas of the Texas Lottery & Charitable Bingo. Works in a manner that exemplifies and supports the agency’s core values of integrity, responsibility, innovation, fiscal accountability, customer responsiveness, teamwork, and excellence.
Working position:
On Site
- Plan, analyze, schedule, coordinate, and implement programming projects.
- Provide technical assistance as needed.
- Analyze, design, code, test, document, and implement applications to support Texas Lottery & Charitable Bingo functional areas.
- Demonstrate the agency’s core values in all work.
- 8+ years experience with SQL or PL/SQL.
- 8+ years experience with software version control.
- 8+ years experience developing and maintaining secure .NET public websites.
- 8+ years experience with C#, ASP.NET (minimum 2 years .NET 8.0 and higher).
- 8+ years experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- 8+ years experience developing system documentation.
- 1+ year experience developing and maintaining Python batch scripts.
- 1+ year experience with Agile methodology.
- 1+ year experience with Syncfusion and Bold Reports for rich UI/UX development and reporting.
- 1+ year experience integrating with Google and Apple authentication systems.
- 1+ year experience with .NET LINQ (Language Integrated Query).
- 1+ year experience developing Java applications.
- 1+ year knowledge of Charitable Bingo Rules and Regulations.
- 1+ year knowledge of interfaces and data exchange standards between software applications.
