Telework (Must live in Austin TX area)

Telework-WFH, Austin TX 78751. Program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA (Within 50-mile radius).

Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Investigates problem areas. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.

This position will perform Developer duties that involve the following Power Platform areas:
Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps (Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps), Power Automate Flows, Power BI reporting, and Articulate 360.

• 8 years of experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments (Required)
• 5 years of hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate technical solutions (Required)
• 4 years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience (Required)
• 2 years of experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model (Required)
• 1 year of experience developing Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, business process Flows (Required)
• 1 year of good understanding of Dataverse tables and uses (Required)
• 1 year of good understanding of Power Pages portals (Required)
• 1 year of good understanding of the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center (Required)
• 1 year of good understanding of Articulate / Reach 360 (Required)

• Effective communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization (Preferred)
• Good teamwork skills, and ability to collaborate with other functional and technical staff on the project (Preferred)
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams (Preferred)
• Experience in Agile development and sprint planning (Preferred)
• Experience with development and support Power Platform mobile apps (Preferred)
• Certification in Microsoft Power Platform (Preferred)

Note: Expected Start Date 03/30/2026 and Expected End Date 08/31/2026. May be renewed up to 3 years.

Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
, excluding state holidays when the agency is closed. The worker may be required to work outside the normal business hours on weekends, evenings and holidays, as requested.
