Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior AI Agent Engineer to join our innovative Tech Services team. This role is pivotal in leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and ML models, particularly focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, NLP, and ML, with a proven track record of creating and implementing innovative solutions in these areas.

This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact on our business.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI and ML models, focusing on Natural Language Processing.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify AI opportunities.
3. Conduct advanced data analysis and design highly complex algorithms.
4. Apply advanced AI and ML techniques to large, complex data sets to solve business problems.
5. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest AI and ML technologies and trends.
7. Communicate complex information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
8. Ensure the robustness, scalability, and performance of AI systems.
9. Implement rigorous testing methodologies and robust validation techniques to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI models.
10. Adhere to data privacy and security regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI and ML models, with a particular focus on Natural Language Processing.
3. Proven experience with AI, ML, and NLP technologies and platforms.
4. Strong knowledge of Python, Java, or other programming languages.
5. Proficient in using AI and ML libraries and frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or Keras.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
10. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring junior team members.
