Responsibilities- Build, implement, and maintain backend services, APIs, and automation tools for Adobe Commerce.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Collaborate with architects, leads, and engineers to deliver new features and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Participate in code reviews, build discussions, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance through testing, monitoring, and established guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple modules and services.
- Record technical solutions, processes, and add to internal knowledge bases.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies relevant to cloud services, Dev Ops, and e-commerce.
- Degree in Computer Science or 3+ years of experience considered equivalent to a degree
- Proven expertise in backend development and infrastructure management
- Proficiency in programming languages - PHP, Python, Java, Go, Node.js
- Experience in Type Script/HTML/CSS and modern web technologies.
- AI- first mindset and experience with LLM technology
- Understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
- Excellent communication skills and a dedication to knowledge sharing

CompensationExpected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $114,100 -- $214,950 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
