Junior-Mid Full Stack Developer – Hybrid – Austin, Texas About the Company

We’re partnered with a fast-growing aerospace technology startup building next-generation software and autonomy solutions designed to improve how complex aerial systems are operated, monitored, and scaled.

The company is developing advanced technology at the intersection of aerospace, autonomy, and real-time data systems, supporting highly reliable and mission-critical applications across commercial and government environments.

With strong early momentum and ambitious growth plans ahead, they’re now looking to add a Junior-Mid Level Full Stack Developer to their engineering team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious software engineer who wants to work on meaningful technology in a fast-paced startup environment.

You’ll work closely with experienced engineers and founders, contributing across both frontend and backend development while gaining exposure to architecture, infrastructure, and product development in a highly collaborative setting.

The team is looking for someone who enjoys learning, takes initiative, and wants to grow quickly within a high-impact engineering environment.

• Building and maintaining full stack web applications using Type Script
• Developing frontend features using React and Next.js
• Supporting backend development using Node.js and Type Script
• Working on APIs, integrations, and internal tooling
• Collaborating with engineers and product stakeholders on new feature development
• Helping improve application performance, usability, and scalability
• Contributing to code reviews and engineering best practices
• Supporting deployment and cloud infrastructure workflows

• 1-4 years of commercial software engineering experience
• Experience working with Type Script and Java Script
• Exposure to React, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks
• Backend development experience using Node.js
• Understanding of APIs and modern web development principles
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate
• Genuine interest in technology, startups, and problem-solving
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a high-growth environment

• Exposure to AWS or cloud platforms
• Experience with SQL or No
  
  SQL databases
• Personal projects, startup experience, or open-source contributions
• Interest in aerospace, robotics, autonomy, or emerging technologies
• Familiarity with Git Hub workflows and CI/CD practices
