At OCI you will work on infrastructure that powers mission‑critical, high‑throughput experiences at internet scale. You will shape platform strategy, influence technical decisions broadly, and build systems with measurable customer impact.

• Lead the design and evolution of scalable, resilient backend services for video delivery, ad insertion, and real‑time traffic orchestration.
• Set technical direction, mentor engineers, and partner across product, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver reliable systems.
• Drive architecture reviews, resolve high‑severity performance and scaling issues, and establish best practices for quality, observability, and operational excellence.

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or real‑time streaming platforms.
• Strong experience with high‑scale backend architectures, networking, service reliability, and performance optimization.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, including architecture ownership, cross‑functional influence, and mentoring senior engineers.
• Experience with video delivery, ad tech, or low‑latency media systems is highly preferred.

Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 - $251,600 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
