Prerequisites:
· Bachelors’ degree in Computer Engineering or related degree and/or practical experience. Advanced degrees and/or other professional certifications are a plus.
· Hands on experience gained through at least 1 year in a software development role.
· Proficiency in C#/.NET (including .NET Core) and relational databases (SQL Server, Postgre

SQL).
· Recent experience working in Agile (Scrum or Kanban) teams, as both a practitioner and an adherent, using Jira/Confluence.
· Ability to perform code reviews, debug, and troubleshoot complex issues.
· Candidates should be able to commute/relocate to the job location.

Preferred qualifications:

· Familiarity with event-driven programming (Rabbit

MQ or similar).
· Basic Power Shell for scripting/automation.
· Experience in financial industry-specific technologies, such as FIX messaging, market data APIs, and trade order management systems (OMS).
· Control-M (job scheduling).
· Sonar Qube or Veracode for code quality/security.
· Knowledge of Splunk (monitoring/log analysis).
· Experience with cloud technologies; AWS, GCP, or PCF will be a plus.
· Strong customer focus with a sense of ownership and determination to drive solutions in a collaborative environment. Selection Process
