• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience in software and program management.
• Strong software project management skills with experience leading large, multi‑functional teams to deliver complex initiatives.
• Proven track record of managing programs end‑to‑end, from initial design through launch, ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of product development processes, with the ability to drive projects forward with precision, creativity, and collaboration.
• Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI tools and LLMs to streamline program management workflows, including technical documentation, automated status reporting, and data synthesis.

• Proven experience driving and delivering critical, end‑to‑end (E2E) project features across the company, collaborating effectively with multiple cross‑functional teams.
• Adept at leveraging data from diverse sources to generate insights and make informed decisions that guide program direction.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to executive leadership and influencing key stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower teams, foster collaboration, and maintain momentum in fast‑paced, often ambiguous environments.
• Technical curiosity and willingness to actively engage in technical discussions with engineering partners, including initiatives involving customer‑facing Generative AI on‑device or in the cloud.
• Demonstrated experience shipping consumer software at large scale, serving millions of users.
• Solid understanding of Apple operating systems, including iOS, macOS, iPadOS, and watch
  
  OS, with the ability to build experiences that delight users.
