Senior Software Developer in Test

Austin, TX (preferred; Southlake, TX as backup; not remote)

$60- $63

• Develop AI-powered automation frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Implement and uphold testing practices, standards, and processes, troubleshooting issues, recording results, and managing defect tracking.
• Establish metrics to measure test effectiveness, product readiness, and automation success.
• Lead and coordinate testing efforts across multiple products and projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Drive continuous integration and deployment strategies within a Dev Ops environment, utilizing tools such as Atlassian stack.

• 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with extensive hands‑on automation scripting experience.
• Proficiency in Java or other object‑oriented programming languages, with experience in Git Hub Co‑pilot.
• Experience with Selenium Web Driver, Web services virtualization, and Agile development practices.
• Strong understanding of exploratory testing, bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven leadership in mentoring teams, conducting code reviews, and managing multiple concurrent projects.
