• Serve as a technical lead for key projects, focusing on the architecture and development of scalable backend services and recommender systems functionalities leading cross‑squad projects and partnering with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

• Contribute to the technical roadmap and long‑term architecture vision, driving innovation and reducing technical debt.
• Play a critical role in hiring and developing engineering talent, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• A highly skilled software engineer with extensive experience in building scalable solutions and backend services.
• Proven ability to lead teams in delivering complex features while ensuring high quality and scalability.
• Experience with LLM, RAG, and other Gen‑AI experience is a huge plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of interacting effectively with product managers, stakeholders, and other engineers and driving orgwide technical vision.
• 7+ years of software development experience, with specific expertise in recommender systems.
• Experience with cloud‑based architectures and services, particularly AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, etc.) and k8s.
• Proficient in designing and implementing data pipelines, and integrating machine learning models into production user facing applications.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
