This contractor role is for a CAPPS/People Soft Developer, and the position will work on the SCOR BAU EI parallel initiative. This role will be responsible for performing analysis, programming services, system and report development and enhancements, interface development, and data migration to support the integration between CAPPS Financials and SCOR. Software development in People Code, People Tools (including Application Designer and Application Engine), SQR, SQL, and Oracle.

Supports application enhancements and defect corrections in maintenance mode. Supports applications in multiple environments with coding testing, peer reviews, documentation, defect root cause analysis, and troubleshooting as required. Maintaining code coverage, testing, and security policies and procedures is required. Available for on‑call support as needed. Other duties as assigned and required by the unit operations.

• 8 Required Experience in People Soft Application Development experience with People Code, People Tools (including Application Designer and Application Engine), SQR, SQL
• 8 Required Experience People Soft Financials implementation and/or upgrade experience including software development of Contracts, ePro, GL, Payables, Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, and Commitment Control.
• 8 Required Experience with Oracle
• 8 Required Experience with Unix, Shell, and data migration
• 8 Required Experience developing in a People Soft 9.2 environment
• 8 Required Experience developing reports with BI Publisher
• 3 Preferred Experience in Jira & Agile methodologies
