Python / ERP Developer | APIs | PL/SQL | Power Platform | Austin, TX (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a hands-on Application Developer to join a growing technology team in the Austin area. This role is focused on custom ERP development, API integrations, workflow automation, and business application solutions using modern cloud and low-code platforms.

You’ll work on Python development, PL/SQL for ERP systems, REST APIs, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate) to build scalable solutions that streamline business processes.

• Develop custom ERP applications and database-driven workflows using Python and PL/SQL
• Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations between ERP, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms
• Design and develop Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate) for automation and workflow improvements
• Create user-friendly interfaces and workflows that enhance usability and productivity
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance across ERP and integrated systems
• Participate in testing, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong hands-on experience with Python development
• ERP system development experience
• Strong PL/SQL and SQL/database skills
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Ability to troubleshoot complex enterprise application and ERP environments
• Familiarity with authentication protocols (
  OAuth2, SSO, SAML
  )

• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise application architectures
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
• Prior experience in ERP integration projects

• 5+ years of application development experience
• Proven ability to build custom ERP solutions, integrations, and automation workflows
• Experience supporting enterprise systems in production environments
