Employment Details
Hourly: 40 hrs/week
Period of Performance: Ongoing / Form 1099-MISC Contractor or W2
Location: North America
Reticent Media is seeking a remote lead developer to work on an exciting mobile application written on iOS using Objective‑C/Swift and Cocoa. They will be responsible for developing new features, making key technology decisions, and maintaining an existing codebase. Candidate must be able to work independently without continuous supervision.
Specific work assignments- Develop, test, and debug new iOS applications in Objective‑C/Swift and Cocoa.
- Work with existing commercial product code to improve existing product functionality, add features, or maintain existing code by debugging, fixing, regression testing, and releasing new versions.
- Participate in wholesale refactoring of existing code.
Candidate shall provide a personal fully functioning Mac platform with 10.9.4 Mavericks or later – Yosemite is preferred.
Minimum skills- Objective‑C / Cocoa, or C
- iOS, Objective‑C, Swift, C, Cocoa
- Mobile Application Developer (iOS), iPhone / iPad development, iPhone SDK, iPad SDK, object‑oriented design, application design.
