Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and procedures for software and hardware components.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Collaborate with development, engineering, and operations teams to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines and best practices for efficient and reliable software delivery.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance management or a senior QA engineering role.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Hands‑on experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
