Founding Robotics Engineer

Join a venture-backed defense technology startup building the next generation of autonomous UAV systems for mission‑critical applications. As a Founding Robotics Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping our technology, engineering culture, and product roadmap from the ground up.

This is a hands‑on role focused on developing and deploying autonomous flight capabilities, building high‑fidelity simulation environments, and pushing the limits of UAV performance.

• Develop and customize PX4-based flight systems.
• Build and maintain simulation environments for rapid testing and validation.
• Design, test, and deploy autonomy capabilities on real‑world UAV platforms.
• Work directly with leadership to define technical direction and architecture.
