Job Overview

Software Engineer II (Full‑time) – Austin, TX (Hybrid). Contract duration:
End of the Year (Possible Extension). Rate: $45–55/hr on W2.

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend components for customer service platforms.
• Build and enhance web applications, APIs, workflow systems, and automation solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, testable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and collaborative engineering activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve development and production issues with guidance from senior engineers.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver high‑quality features.
• Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Support the development of AI‑enabled features, automation workflows, and intelligent customer support solutions.
• Contribute to backend services, REST APIs, and user‑facing web applications.
• Research, design, develop, test, and evaluate software systems and applications.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of full‑stack software development experience.
• Experience developing enterprise web applications and backend services.
• Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot or ChatGPT.
