Senior Engineer

Presidio (in partnership with hackajob) is seeking a Senior Engineer to manage the delivery pipeline of software engineering solutions across a portfolio. The role involves implementing best engineering practices, collaborating with multiple teams, developing code and tests, running paired programming sessions, presenting technology delivery pitches, working closely with client engagement partners, and supporting pre‑sales and solutions teams.

Position requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and at least 4 years of experience delivering software solutions.

• 4 years of experience with application requirements analysis, design, and development using cloud platforms; web development with Angular JS, Node JS, React, and Typescript; back‑end development and open‑source technologies;
  Agile tools; and Git.
• 4 years of experience with at least two of the following relational databases:
  MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• 4 years of experience with at least two of the following No
  
  SQL DB technologies:
  Cassandra, Couchbase, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB.
• 3 years of experience using MVC and ORM for multi‑tier architecture.

Location:

Austin, TX

Pay: $140,000‑$187,000 per year
