We're building the next generation of AI-powered internal products that eliminate manual work and make employees more effective.

We're not looking for someone to build demos or experiment with the latest models. We want an engineer who enjoys taking an idea from a whiteboard to production and can build software that people rely on every day. If you've built AI products—not just AI features—we'd love to talk.

You’ll own the design and development of AI applications that automate real business workflows, including:

• Intelligent document and email processing
• Workflow automation
• AI copilots for internal teams
• Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) applications
• Agentic AI solutions
• Enterprise AI integrations using commercial LLMs

• Built production AI applications from the ground up.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience designing scalable backend systems.
• Hands‑on RAG and Agentic AI experience.
• Experience integrating GPT, Claude, or similar LLMs.
• A product mindset with an eye toward usability and business impact.

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $65–78 per hour. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
