Robotics AI Campus Lead

Instawork is on a mission to create meaningful economic opportunities for skilled hourly professionals. We are looking for Campus Ambassadors to help us build the next generation of robotics technology. In this role, you'll be the face of our robotics initiatives on your campus, engaging students and guiding them through short, fun data collection sessions using an iPhone.

• Engage & recruit students on campus and invite them to participate in paid data recording sessions.
• Guide participants through recording high‑quality video and sensor data of specific movements or object interactions using our app.
• Ensure lighting, framing, and movement instructions are followed strictly to produce usable data for machine learning.
• Brief participants on the purpose of the technology, creating excitement about the project.
• Meet weekly targets for the number of unique participants recorded.

• Comfortable approaching strangers and explaining complex ideas simply; able to handle rejection.
• Tech‑fluent: comfortable using iOS devices, troubleshooting basic app issues, and following technical instructions.
• Detail‑oriented, caring about capturing perfect shots to ensure data quality.
• Reliable, showing up when you say you will and treating equipment with care.
• Currently enrolled in a university with availability to work 10–15 hours per week.
• Physically capable of holding an iPhone steady for extended periods and standing/walking around campus.

• Interest in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or Marketing.
• Experience in street teaming, sales, or photography.
• Previous ambassador, promotional, or field marketing experience.
