You’ll join a forward-thinking team dedicated to putting clients first, driving meaningful change, and evolving the future of digital interactions.

About

the Role

We are seeking a visionary Senior Product Designer (UX) to join a dynamic team, where your expertise will directly influence the creation of intuitive and delightful digital products. This is an exciting opportunity to lead design initiatives from conception to delivery, bringing complex ideas to life across various platforms. Your work will not only elevate user satisfaction but also contribute significantly to the strategic growth and innovation of our client’s digital offerings.

What

You’ll Do
  • Drive the full UX design lifecycle, from initial discovery to final implementation, ensuring solutions delight users and align with business needs.
  • Design seamless interactions across desktop, mobile web, and native mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with a cross‑functional Agile team to co‑create innovative solutions.
  • Independently lead design exploration and decision‑making, expertly defining problems and proposing impactful solutions.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects, proactively addressing challenges and proposing effective resolutions.
  • Uphold high design standards, adhering to channel guidelines and an established design system, while thoughtfully evolving patterns and approaches.
  • Cultivate strong, productive partnerships with peers and cross‑functional teams through clear communication, shared understanding, and mutual accountability.
  • Model strong leadership behaviors through exceptional craft, communication, and follow‑through.
  • Mentor or support less experienced designers, fostering growth within the team.
Your Impact & Approach

You are a client‑centric designer who grounds decisions in user needs, business priorities, and long‑term value. You excel at setting a clear path for your work, articulating direction, trade‑offs, and next steps, even in ambiguous situations. With a challenger mindset, you constructively question assumptions and explore better ways forward. You thrive in change, adapting quickly, learning continuously, and helping partners navigate evolving requirements.

Your authentic and clear communication builds trust through transparency, accountability, and consistent follow‑through.

Must‑Have Qualifications
  • 6–10 years of UX design experience focused on digital products or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of UX experience specifically for touch‑based mobile interfaces.
  • An online portfolio showcasing design thinking that leads to innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with most aspects of a user‑centered design process, including user research, developing user flows, creating wireframes, and building interactive prototypes for testing.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
  • Please include a link to your digital portfolio of relevant work on your resume; ensure any required passwords are provided.
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
  • Experience using AI‑powered tools or workflows (professionally or independently) to support design, research, or problem‑solving, with an interest in applying emerging technologies thoughtfully in client experiences.
  • Strong self‑management skills and comfort owning work independently.
  • Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to diverse audiences.
  • Some technical knowledge or experience collaborating closely with engineers.
