Middle Golang Engineer; EU

• 5+ years of backend development experience;
• Strong expertise in Golang, with hands‑on experience building production systems;
• Experience working with microservices architecture and security best practices;
• Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, SSO);
• Strong participation in technical sessions, with the ability to estimate and contribute to technical discussions;
• Critical thinking and strong communication skills — ability to question, analyze, and improve designs;
• Hands‑on coding 90%+ of the time.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Golang microservices;
• Migrate legacy PHP components to Golang‑based microservices if needed;
• Migrate Elixir components to Golang‑based microservices if needed;
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects in existing PHP components;
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to support various applications;
• Estimate development effort for sprint tasks and ensure timely delivery;
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sprint goals and contribute to overall success;
