Job Description

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is developing a region build service to drive region build automation to the next level using AI integration and tools. This role will lead the design and development of scalable software solutions while mentoring and guiding teams. Leveraging expertise in system architecture, cloud technologies, and software design, you will drive innovation and ensure performance, security, and maintainability.

Define best practices, establish coding standards, and troubleshoot complex challenges. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technology with business goals while fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

You will architect and develop high‑scale services, providing technical leadership within the organization. The role requires hands‑on programming and deep engagement with all layers of the stack. You will balance speed and quality with iterative improvements, foster operational excellence, and recommend major changes to products using data‑driven approaches.

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of total experience in software development.
• Strong coding skills in Java, GoLang, C#, or similar object‑oriented languages.
• Experience developing software with Agentic AI.
• Proven ability to deliver products through the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience working on large‑scale, highly distributed services infrastructure.
• Experience working in an operational environment with mission‑critical tier‑one livesite servicing.
• Systematic problem‑solving approach, strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and drive.

US:
Hiring range $92,500 – $209,500 per year, with potential bonus and equity.
