Crowe is seeking a Tax AI Manager to lead the engineering team building an AI-enabled document processing and workflow platform. You will own backend services, async processing, AI integrations, cloud infrastructure, data persistence, security and observability.
You will guide architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product owners and SMEs to translate complex tax workflows into reliable software systems. Strong Python and Azure experience preferred.
