We are seeking a person with a solid background in building applications and services using Java/J2EE and Spring frameworks. The Software Engineer will work on a team building innovative client‑facing web applications and improving existing features with performance and quality metrics.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and develop enterprise‑level, highly available web application platforms applying Java, Spring frameworks, JPA & Hibernate, REST/SOAP web services.
• Develop prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts to demonstrate new ideas or illustrate the use of new technologies in our systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, technical leads, and vendors to define scope, deliverables, and resources for projects.
• Build positive relationships with cross‑functional internal organizations and support multi‑functional teams on high‑profile, critical projects.
• Maintain focus and prioritize a challenging workload while achieving extraordinary quality.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years professional work experience in React and .JS
• 3 years experience in architecting and developing event‑based, distributed, highly available systems.
• 3 years experience and knowledge in developing and handling enterprise‑level technology at a global scale.
• 3 years experience in securing applications, with deep understanding of OWASP top 10 risks and solutions.
• 3 years experience with Micro‑services, CI/CD, Container orchestration.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years proven experience in architecting and developing event‑based, distributed, highly available systems.
• 4+ years proven experience and knowledge in developing and handling enterprise‑level technology at a global scale.
• 4+ years hands‑on experience with one or more cloud platforms and managed services.
• 4+ years in Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes and Docker.
• 4+ years working with client‑facing web apps.
• 4+ years experience in web application development using client side frameworks/libraries like AngularJS, VueJS, jQuery, Bootstrap; experience developing SPA.
• 4+ years experience in relational and No‑SQL databases, distributed cache and clear understanding of standard methodologies & problem areas while handling large distributed datasets.
• 4+ years experience in building e‑commerce applications.
• 4+ years in a software engineering background with an outstanding body of work demonstrating experience in software development, solution architecture, and product management.
• 4+ years experience in Micro‑service Architecture, SAP Cloud Foundry features & capabilities.
• Thorough understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, tools and standard methodologies.
• Solid understanding of source control software (SVN or Git), experience with build and deployment tools, e.g., Maven, Gradle; experience with automated testing methodologies and frameworks.
• Sharp solving skills and real‑world systems deployment experience; consistent track record with rapid development cycles and demanding schedules.
• Self‑starter, forward‑thinking person with strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail for documenting and reviewing designs.
