We build production software to initialize and monitor the most advanced machine learning acceleration servers in the world. Our team focuses on system software that initializes custom accelerator chips and manages peripherals such as I2C, SPI, and PCIe.

• Develop firmware to initialize, monitor, and manage custom machine learning accelerators at AWS scale.
• Work with the MLA Hardware, Test, and Manufacturing teams to create coordinated software packages for qualification and rapid deployment.
• Write and maintain software in C, C++, Python, and Lua that is well‑documented, tested, and reusable.
• Collaborate with system integration teams to support server components in AWS EC2.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience programming in at least one language.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture of systems (design patterns, reliability and scaling).
• 5+ years of full software development life‑cycle experience (coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, operations).
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team lead.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

• Knowledge of computer architecture, operating systems, and parallel computing.
• Understanding of system performance, memory management, and parallel computing principles.

• Base salary: USA, CA, Cupertino – $–$ USD annually
  USA, TX, Austin – $–$ USD annually
