Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer / Lead Engineer with 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in at least one of the following domains:
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain highly scalable and reliable software solutions.
Architect cloud-native applications and distributed services that meet performance, security, and availability requirements.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability through continuous monitoring and tuning.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in large-scale environments.
Implement best practices for software engineering, code quality, automation, and CI/CD.
Participate in architecture reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring of junior engineers.
Drive innovation through adoption of modern technologies and engineering practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
Exposure to event-driven architectures and streaming platforms.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and logging frameworks.
Experience building highly available and fault-tolerant systems.
Cloud certifications or relevant technical certifications are a plus.
