Talent Operations

Responsibilities

• Own the systems the talent team runs on: ATS configuration, workflows, SLAs, and reporting.
• Build automation across scheduling, referral intake, and candidate scoring so recruiters spend their hours on candidates, not admin.
• Own hiring data: pipeline dashboards, funnel metrics, and the weekly numbers leadership runs on.
• Run process changes end to end—design, document, roll out, and enforce.

• Experience in recruiting operations or talent systems at a fast‑hiring company.
• Deep ATS configuration experience: workflows, permissions, integrations, and reporting.
• Proficiency in automating with APIs, no‑code tooling, or scripts.
• Dashboards that get opened without a reminder.
• Bonus: experience with Ashby administration, SQL or Python, AI screening and scoring tools, or referral program operations.
