Dynamics 365 CRM Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Lead to join our Global Digital & Cyber Security team on a hybrid basis. This role is remote; however, occasional office presence may be required for client work or team meetings.

• Lead the design and development of complex Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Architect and implement integrations with other systems.
• Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Mentor and train junior developers.
• Participate in project planning and management.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and high‑performing.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Strong expertise in C#, JavaScript, and Power Automate.
• Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of Power Platform.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure services.
• Certification in Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.

• Experience with Agile methodologies.

• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of web technologies.
• Experience with complex integrations using APIs and data migration.
