Moving beyond slide decks and prototypes, the firm delivers complex, working systems using a modern stack like n8n and Supabase to solve real-world business challenges.

You will sit at the intersection of client consulting and production engineering, transforming vague requests into functional AI systems. You will scope projects, build complex workflows using n8n and Supabase, and direct an overseas development team to ensure delivery. This high-autonomy role requires a builder who unblocks others and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Work on the bleeding edge of AI by building and deploying production-grade voice agents and automated workflows for diverse global clients.
• Experience extreme autonomy as a "builder-consultant" who owns the entire lifecycle from initial scoping calls to final implementation and system visibility.
• Scale your impact by directing an overseas dev team, managing project delivery, and building essential internal infrastructure like centralized logging and alerting.

• Lead technical scoping calls with clients to translate fuzzy business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the engineering team.
• Build production-ready AI systems including 35+ node n8n workflows, Supabase backends, and sophisticated voice agent setups using Retell or Trillet.
• Manage and mentor an overseas development team by writing clear technical tickets, performing code reviews, and ensuring consistent delivery standards.

• Has 3+ years of professional experience shipping full-stack products and is comfortable working across every layer of the modern technical stack.
• Demonstrates exceptional communication skills with C2-level English, capable of managing client relationships and pushing back on unrealistic project scopes.
• Thrives in high-velocity environments like agencies or consultancies and can move from debugging production issues to writing actionable development tickets.
