AWS Agent Core Lead/ Architect

Location:

Austin, TX

• Experience in designing distributed applications with at least 3 years focused heavily on Generative AI and multiagent system design
• AWS Core Expertise Deep practical experience with the AWS AIML ecosystem notably Amazon Bedrock Agent Core and Sage Maker
• Agent Core Knowledge Handson experience transitioning agentic systems from local environments to production scale using Agent Core Runtime and managed services
• Orchestration Coding Strong proficiency in Python or Type Script along with experience utilizing agent frameworks CrewAI Lang Graph Llama Index
• Enterprise Security Deep understanding of secure networking AWS IAM encryption data at restin transit and API management within AI pipelines

• Agentic System Architecture Design and build autonomous multistep agentic workflows that integrate with enterprise data APIs and systems
• Agent Core Implementation Architect distributed multiagent systems utilizing AWS Agent Core for runtime isolation long running workloads and built-in memory context awareness
• Tool Gateway Integration Expose legacy APIs and Lambda functions as agent ready tools via Agent Core Gateway and the Model Context Protocol MCP
• Security Identity Management Design end-to-end security access controls and policy enforcement boundaries e.g. automated authentication and role-based guardrails using Agent Core Identity features
• Observability Evaluation Set up real-time telemetry tracing and continuous agent quality evaluation pipelines
• Framework Flexibility Architect solutions supporting various opensource orchestration frameworks e.g. Lang Graph CrewAI while ensuring seamless deployment via the Agent Core CLI
