Role OverviewCyberhill Partners is seeking a Software Developer and/or Engineer with strong Service Now experience to support the design, development, and optimization of Service Now solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable workflows, working across modules, and collaborating with stakeholders to solve real business problems.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain Service Now applications and custom solutions
- Configure and extend Service Now modules to meet business requirements
- Develop scripts, integrations, workflows, and automation within Service Now
- Support CMDB and CSDM implementations and data model alignment
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to deliver solutions
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
- Contribute to platform best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement
3–8 years of professional software development experience
Hands‑on experience developing within the Service Now platform
At least one active Service Now certification , including:
CIS — Platform Application Developer (CIS-PA)
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified Implementation Specialist — CMDB (CMA)
CMDB & CSDM specialization
Experience with JavaScript, Service Now scripting, and platform APIs
Strong understanding of ITSM / ITOM concepts and enterprise workflows
Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams
Must be located in Austin, DC (Clearance Required)
- Multiple Service Now certifications
- Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
- Exposure to federal or regulated environments
- Agile / Scrum experience
- Salary Range: $120,000 — $190,000 (based on experience, certifications, and location)
