Experience:
10+ Years
Experience with development and implementation of Service Now ITSM modules
Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, etc.
Experience with extending the Service Now schema to develop custom applications and working on Service Now platform capabilities and tools like Discovery, Orchestration, and other applications.
Good experience in Service Now implementations, designing complex workflows, write automated scripts.
Ability to perform API integrations within Service Now is preferred.
Working knowledge on Business Rules, Web Services, Access Control Rules, and Scripting.
Certification in ITIL / Service Now will be an added advantage.
Attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills.
Minimum 5+ years' experience in development / implementation / configuration of Service Now ITSM solution.
