Programmer Analyst

Responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of business applications.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interfaces with departments and peers to understand business requirements and develops solutions utilizing a variety of technological solutions.
• Develops new and maintains existing business applications, processes, reports, forms, and procedures.
• Develops and maintains supporting documentation for work products.
• Develops and conducts training programs for solutions as required.
• Analyzes data for reporting and/or data correction when required.
• Develops personal professional goals and plans to attain them. Pursues a continuous program of self-improvement.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Being comfortable working self-directed in fast-paced environment with flexible priorities.
• Working directly with users to identify requirements and design OnBase solutions.
• System Administration:
• OnBase environment:
  Configuring user accounts, user groups, document types, keywords , custom queries, scan queues, Advanced Capture configuration, and more as required.
• Unity Scheduler:
  Setup task groups, tasks, Windows services. Create schedules and execution windows.
• OnBase servers (Application, web, data, IdS, Unity Scheduler):
  Troubleshoot IIS, SQL Server, Windows services.
• Application Enabler:
  Create and support integrations
• Install/support Unity Client, Office Integration, Virtual Print Driver. App Enabler.
• Configure and support Hyland Identity Services (client setups, SSO configuration).
• Workflow:
• Design/develop/support workflow life cycles (document based and Work View).
• Design/develop/support Work View solutions (classes, filters, views)
• Migration tool: create exports, configure and execute imports.
• OnBase API:
  Unity script development (C#) and support.
• App Builder:
  Design/develop/support app builder solutions including retrievals, workflows, dashboards.
• Strong skills in SQL in both ad-hoc and reporting environments.
• Experience with enterprise software implementation.
• Strong coding background with some web development, experience with Java preferred.
• Experience developing reports using reporting tools like Pentaho, Ghostdraft and/or Crystal Reports.
• Oracle RDBMS experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to communicate well with end users and offer solutions for software and data problems.
• Self-starter; innovative; high degree of accuracy; ability to handle multiple projects and ability to protect confidentiality of data.

Computer science or CIS degree preferred. Minimum of four years of programming experience,
