Primary (Must-Have):
- Hands-on technical experience in the Service Now platform | 3+ years of specific Service Now platform experience out of 7+ years total IT experience.
- Proven expertise across ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Flow Designer, and App Engine.
Secondary (Good to Have):
- Experience supporting HRSD and BCM teams.
- Background in large-scale enterprise workflow automation and framework building.
Operating within the enterprise IT division and reporting directly to engineering leadership, the Service Now Platform Developer will drive the design and implementation of complex enterprise solutions. This role solves critical workflow automation and service delivery challenges by building scalable applications, configuring core platform modules, and establishing robust third-party integrations.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Design and develop enterprise-grade solutions on the Service Now platform, leading technical implementation for complex workflow automation initiatives.
- Configure and customize ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and related platform capabilities to align with business requirements.
- Develop advanced workflows utilizing Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and native Service Now scripting frameworks.
- Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and Integration Hub spokes.
- Support HRSD and BCM teams while troubleshooting complex platform, data flow, and integration issues.
