Artificial Intelligence​/Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions using Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, Custom GPTs, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have strong Python development skills and experience translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions. This role will also involve customer engagement, technical training, solution design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Design and develop Agentic AI solutions and intelligent workflow automation

• Build and deploy Generative AI applications, including Custom GPTs and AI assistants
  .
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Develop scalable and maintainable applications using Python
  .
• Design AI solutions based on business and customer requirements.
• Integrate AI models, APIs, data sources, and enterprise systems into production workflows.
• Evaluate AI solutions for accuracy, performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify AI opportunities.
• Conduct customer demonstrations, training sessions, and technical workshops.
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, solution designs, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, data, and business teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Stay current with emerging Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, LLM, and automation technologies.

• 8+ years of professional technology or software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI and workflow automation

• Experience developing Generative AI solutions and Custom GPTs
  .
• Strong Python development experience.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing RAG architectures
  .
• Strong solution architecture and AI solution design skills.
• Experience engaging with customers and delivering technical training or demonstrations.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, APIs, and enterprise AI applications.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience implementing enterprise-scale AI solutions.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks and workflow automation platforms.
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise applications and data sources.
• Experience creating training materials and conducting customer enablement sessions.
• Experience designing end-to-end AI architectures and proof-of-concept solutions.
