Firmware Lead Engineer

We are Hiring for Lead Firmware Engineer Must-Have: 7+ years embedded firmware experience Embedded C/C++ with shipped-product experience (not academic/prototype-only) State-pattern FSM / hierarchical state machines / event-driven architecture HAL / driver architecture on MCU-based products RTOS, watchdogs, bootloaders, firmware update, low-power design BLE/USB/serial connectivity Test discipline: unit tests, hardware-in-loop, CI for embedded Comfortable ramping under an existing DRI rather than owning architecture solo (this is IC, not lead-of-team, despite the "Lead" in the title) Pay Range :

- $160K - $180K This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client.
