Software Development Engineer in Test

Aquent Talent is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test to build and maintain robust automated testing solutions for digital and web experiences. In this role, you'll design test frameworks, develop automated test suites, and collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA to ensure high-quality releases for global clients in professional, scientific, and technical services. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for web and digital applications used by Aquent Talent clients
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
• Build and optimize test frameworks, tools, and CI/CD integrations to improve release quality
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression suites for complex features
• Analyze defects, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear, actionable bug reports
• Monitor test coverage and quality metrics, recommending improvements to processes and tooling
• Ensure performance, security, and compatibility testing is incorporated into releases
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing across the engineering team
