Today, Axiom serves millions of users and facilitates more than $100M in daily trading volume. We are a small, fast-growing team based in Austin, with high ownership, urgency, and an obsession with exceptional products.

• Own product surfaces end to end: the interface, the service behind it, and the data model underneath
• Ship features across a Next.js frontend and a fleet of Type Script services
• Work closely with design and product from concept to launch
• Keep the whole path fast — query, cache, socket, and render
• Debug production issues wherever they land, from the browser to the database
• Know when the simple version is the right one, and cut scope accordingly
• Raise the engineering bar through strong judgment and mentorship

• Deep Type Script experience on both the client and the server
• Solid React fundamentals and real comfort with Postgres
• Excellent programming and debugging fundamentals
• A track record of shipping complete features, not slices of them
• Comfortable working with high ownership in a fast-moving environment

• Next.js and modern state management (we use Jotai)
• Real-time systems:
  Web Sockets, streaming updates, and cache invalidation
• Schema design and query performance in Postgres
• Redis or other caching at scale
• Onchain data on Solana or EVM
• Experience owning what you build in production, including on-call

Annual Salary: $320,000 - $465,000 USD
