Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a .net/C# Developer
- Senior to join their team. As a .net/C# Developer
- Senior, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting innovative and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Lead the design and implementation of highly scalable, resilient, and event-driven applications using .NET, Kafka, and cloud-native architecture patterns.
• Build and modernize high-volume services, APIs, and distributed application capabilities supporting reliable transaction processing and business-critical workflows.
• Partner with architects, product owners, developers, and adjacent technology teams to convert business capabilities into high-quality technical solutions.
• Utilize GenAI coding assistants to accelerate implementation, refactoring, unit testing, regression support, code reviews, scripting, automation, troubleshooting, and documentation while maintaining ownership for correctness and quality.
• Drive engineering quality through automated testing, code review discipline, performance analysis, observability, resiliency design, and production readiness practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience developing scalable, high-performance .NET, cloud-based, and web services applications supporting high-volume transactions.
• Demonstrated experience leading the design and implementation of highly scalable, resilient, and event-driven applications using .NET and Kafka, with strong knowledge of distributed systems, stream processing, and cloud-native architectures.
• Working experience with IBM MQ, Kafka, Splunk, JSON/XML, caching, performance analysis, and profiling, Twelve-Factor App methodology, resiliency patterns, and observability patterns.
• Experience as a technical lead for a team and/or project, with 6+ years of building and deploying cloud-native applications using GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and CI/CD practices.
