As a AVP Software Engineer, you will be a tech lead for the Developer Experience Platform Development and Self-Service automation team to drive and develop the solutioning, coding, platform management working with the team which help improve developer productivity and effectiveness. You will be working autonomously while driving collaboration, development best practices among team.

• Drive engineering technical solutions, best practices, design, and development of Cloud native solution.

• Participate in Agile Scrum, PI Planning and work with Scrum Master, RTE, Project Manager to do estimation of key deliverables and milestone management.

• Drive Code review, solution design sessions, Lunch and Learn sessions, developer community of practice, technical demos, Office hours with Developer community for knowledge share, solving and learning pain points while bringing innovative solution to the problems.

• Meet Partner teams and developer community to understand pain points.

• Manage and maintain documentation of technical requirement/Runbooks/DR Strategy/Release Management/Design document (SAS documentation) and drive onsite and offshore team to deliver defined priorities.

• Hands on application development (Web, API and Mobile), Security and vulnerabilities resolution, Coding, testing of Platform/Scaffolding/Templates.

• Work closely with engineers, Tech leads, Architecture, Security, Platform Eng, Quality Engineering, Cloud, Change & Release Management teams etc.., to architect and deliver the technical reference designs for APIs and Web while promote those practices among development communities.

• Drive innovation and automation to simplify challenges and enhance developer productivity & experiences across the enterprise.

• 10+ years of end-to-end Application development experience in .Net, Angular, Typescript & Python based cloud hosted web, mobile and microservice development.

• 1+ years of experience in Backstage.io (Open Source) or similar Internal Developer Platform setup, plugin development experience using .NET, ReactJS.

• 5+ year of hands-on experience in Self Service Application, Infrastructure and Architecture one clicks template automation and orchestration Engine development Experience.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Orchestration platform (EKS, Open Shift)

• 8+ years of hands-on experience doing development and automation of AWS Cloud technologies: AWS IAM, Security Groups, API gateway, ECS Faregate, Lambda, Elastic Cache, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Elastic Search, Document DB, SQS, Event Bridge, Step Functions, terraform templates, Secret Manager, Parameter Store, Kinesis, Cloud Watch, EKS, Kafka, Cognito, Docker, Istio mesh, Docker, Kubernetes and Azure, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Groovy, AgentCORE, Neptune Database

• Developing complete solutions considering sizing, infrastructure, data protection, disaster recovery, security, application requirements on cloud enterprise systems.

• Experience adhering to an Agile development environment and iterative sprint cycle.

• Have a deep understanding of API design, OpenAPI specifications, Git Ops, Dark Release/G deployment practices, IAC.

• Develop Unit Test cases and improve test coverage for existing codebase.

• Hands-on experience working with Code Quality and Code Coverage tools/frameworks (e.g. Sonar Qube, Vera Code), Git Hub Actions, Android Studio Universal, AWSCLI2, Colour Contrast Analyser , Docker, Drawio, Git Hub Desktop , Home Brew, IntelliJ, iTerm, Node.js v18.12.2, Postman, PyCharmCA, Python…
