What's the Job?

Create and enhance Service Now Portal pages and widgets to deliver a modern, accessible user experience for customers
Optimize Service Now Portal search engine functionality through advanced tags and filters
Collaborate with the Service Catalog Manager to improve portal interface and usability
Support the development and maintenance of workflows, scheduled jobs, and business rules within Service Now
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness for all portal features

What's Needed?

Undergraduate degree in a related field
Expertise in HTML, CSS, and Java Script
Strong UI design skills and experience in creating user-friendly interfaces
Familiarity with ITIL Foundations and ITSM ticketing systems
Experience working with system properties, update sets, workflows, and business rules within Service Now
