Rather than being one engineer among hundreds, you'd be working directly with users, influencing product direction, and shipping features that have an immediate impact on the business. The Role: Senior Python Developer

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Benefits + Equity

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

What They're Looking For:

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong Python fundamentals.
• Frontend development in Type Script and React.
• Experience deploying in cloud environments using Docker.
• Startup mindset with a bias toward ownership and execution.
• Ability to work closely with product, design, and customers to rapidly iterate on features

What You Will Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python.
• Jump into frontend work using Type Script and React.
• Improve product performance, expand multi-channel communication, and evaluate new and emerging tech.
• Implement and optimize real-time STT and TTS systems.
• Own complex refactoring and architecture projects from end to end.
