Technical Recruiter, Protocol Engineering

We are looking for a talented, driven engineer to advance Corporate capabilities and deliver production-quality identity infrastructure.

• Source and close technical hires for protocol, runtime, and ecosystem engineering
• Partner with hiring managers on role design, interview loops, and offer processes
• Maintain candidate experience across remote-first hiring workflows
• Support internship programs and university recruiting for cryptography and systems roles
• Track diversity and inclusion goals in partnership with leadership
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of professional experience in software engineering, security, or distributed systems (1+ for specialist IC tracks)
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first, async collaboration environment
• Fluency in English for documentation, reviews, and partner communication

• Experience with W3C Verifiable Credentials, DIDs, or OIDC4

• Contributions to Rust, Type Script, Python, or Dart codebases used in production
• Exposure to Substrate, Polkadot ecosystem, or blockchain anchoring patterns
• Background in privacy engineering, applied cryptography, or formal security reviews
• Prior work with wallet, fintech, or enterprise identity integrations

• Willing to overlap with EU and Americas time zones for critical releases and incidents
• Able to travel up to 10% for team summits, partner workshops, or conferences
• On-site collaboration expected for local team sessions in addition to remote work
