GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Perform highly advanced training for the Training Operations division. Work involves planning, researching, developing, organizing, instructing, and evaluating all aspects of the health, wellness, and strength and conditioning training programs. Work under minimal supervision with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIESEducation – Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a Bachelor’s degree preferably in physical education, kinesiology, exercise science, athletic training, nutrition or a related degree.
Experience – Four (4) years or more experience in administering or instructing health, wellness, and/or strength and conditioning training programs in a training academy or fitness facility preferred.
