39 is seeking an experienced, passionate, and community-driven Full-Time Padel Coach to join our team in North Austin, Texas
. This role is ideal for a coach who loves being on court, developing players of all levels, contributing to program growth, and representing the PADEL
39 brand with professionalism and energy.

As a Full-Time Coach
, you will deliver high-quality coaching experiences, support player development, assist in program design, and play an active role in growing the PADEL
39 community through coaching, events, and tournaments.

• Deliver individual lessons, group classes, and clinics for players of all levels, from beginners to advanced
• Provide clear, personalized feedback to support technical, tactical, and physical development
• Maintain high coaching standards and an excellent on-court experience
• Support long-term player development, engagement, and retention

• Assist the Director of Padel in developing and implementing training programs, clinics, leagues, and events
• Contribute ideas to improve coaching offerings and player pathways
• Help ensure consistency and quality across all coaching sessions

• Actively participate in club events, tournaments, leagues, and social activities
• Serve as a visible and positive ambassador for PADEL

• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and energetic club culture

• Represent PADEL
  39 professionally at tournaments and padel events

• Ensure the safety of all participants during coaching sessions
• Maintain the quality and organization of courts and coaching equipment
• Provide regular feedback to club management on player progress, sessions, and program needs

• Minimum 2+ years of coaching experience in padel or a related racket sport
• Padel or tennis coaching certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of padel techniques, tactics, and rules
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire players of all ages and skill levels
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Physically able to conduct active coaching sessions for extended periods
