Tennis Pro Shop Attendant Compensation

We’ll pay you an hourly salary of $15/hr.

About the Job

We need you to fill the role of Tennis Pro Shop Attendant. This is a part time position. You’ll wow us by masterfully performing the following key duties and responsibilities:

  • Directing members to their assigned courts and answering basic questions about programs and services.
  • Answering member questions via phone and email.
  • Working alongside a motivated team that wants to see you succeed and grow.
  • Helping members maximize their time at the J.
  • Engaging and interacting with hundreds of different individuals daily.
  • Monitoring court activities to ensure they are being used appropriately and members are on the courts they are assigned to.
  • Minor court maintenance such as refilling water jugs, repairing windscreens, setting up the ball machines.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Prior work experience.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Positive attitude and an eagerness to make a daily impact.
  • Works well collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must be able to work outside periodically to handle setup of the ball machines/pickleball nets as well as able to lift up to 40 pounds.
