Competitive Program Soccer Coach (U11–U19)

FC Westlake is seeking motivated and knowledgeable coaches to join our Competitive Program (U11 and older).

As a Competitive Program Coach, you will:

• Plan and lead structured, purposeful training sessions
• Develop players technically and tactically within a team framework
• Coach league matches and tournaments with clarity and composure
• Provide individualized feedback to support player growth
• Communicate consistently and professionally with families
• Contribute positively to the overall club culture

Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to take ownership of a team within our competitive structure.

• Competitive playing and/or coaching experience
• Experience working with U11+ players
• Ability to independently plan and lead sessions
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• USSF license preferred (or willingness to pursue licensing)

This role is ideal for coaches looking to grow within a structured club setting and contribute long-term.

Our competitive season runs from Fall (August–December) and Spring (January–May).

Part-time, seasonal position with sessions primarily after school, evenings, and weekends.
